“I will donate N2 billion every year for the next four years, totaling N8 billion for the development of the IBB Presidential Library. If the project takes longer, I will keep contributing N2 billion annually,” Dangote said.

Abdulsamad Rabiu also lauded Babangida for the launch of the book and presidential library, announcing a contribution of N5 billion for the initiative.
“We are not just celebrating an individual, a building, or an archive. We are here to honor a sanctuary of memory, a testament to the vision, complexity, and lasting legacies of one of Nigeria’s transformative leaders, General Ibrahim Babangida,” Abdulsamad remarked.
Other notable donations included N3 billion from Theophilus Danjuma, founder of the TY Danjuma Foundation; N50 million from Senate President Godswill Akpabio; N500 million from Arthur Eze; and N100 million from Mustafa Chike-Obi.
